About Jeff
Jeff grew up in Davidsonville, MD and had a passion for golf from a young age. After playing and working at Eisenhower Golf Course through high school, he graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s degree in Turf and Urban Agronomy. Jeff interned during the construction of Renditions Golf Course in Davidsonville. After graduating he worked as Assistant Superintendent at multiple clubs in the area before coming to Oak Creek in June 2015. Jeff is an avid golfer and sports fan and enjoys spending time with his wife Nikki and their two young kids.

About Robert "Sean"
Robert “Sean” Beasley, born and raised in Bowie, MD. Sean has always had three loves in life; the three F’s. Family, food, and football. The passion and love for food and family led him to hospitality industry in his late teens. Sean started his first stint with Loews Hotels where he found that the service industry was his calling and started going to school for Hospitality Management. Soon after, Sean moved to northern Virginia and started working for independent restaurants in Washington, D.C. such as Marvin and The Brixton Pub. After a few vibrant years in the city, and plenty of traveling, Sean learned he had a daughter on the way. He decided to pack up and put down roots back in his home state of Maryland. Instilling the values that every guest be treated as family, Sean decided to take his experience with him to Oak Creek.
Evan Neale

About Evan
Evan’s passion for the game of golf began over 18 years ago when he began playing with his father. He started his golf career about 10 years ago and has worked at several different courses in Anne Arundel and PG county. Evan is now an accredited PGA Apprentice and is dedicated to growing the game of golf.
He uses modern teaching techniques and focuses not just on improving a players swing, but their strategy and mental process when approaching the game. He has been giving lessons for three years and works with golfers of all skill levels. He always strives to improve his students game, but also knows that the most important thing is to have fun!
