Rachael Barclay

About Rachael
New Jersey native, and long-time resident of Philadelphia, Rachael contributes a breadth of management experience in both independent restaurants and hotels. Rachael has managed several of Philadelphia's more well-known restaurants with restaurateurs such as Jose Garces (Distrito), Valerie Safran & Marcie Turney (Jamonera), as well as Urban Farmer (Logan Hotel) and Bank & Bourbon (Loew's Hotel). Before joining the team at the Pyramid Club, Rachael was the General Manager at Maison 208, along with our current Executive Chef, Sylva Senat. Rachael particularly enjoys learning about spirits and wine, with a particular interest in craft cocktails.
In June 2021, Rachael had her first daughter, Luna, and in her time away from the club enjoys newfound motherhood and spending time with family in New Jersey. Rachael is also a big fan of running outdoors on the Schuylkill River Trail, CrossFit and frequenting the gym.
Jen Howard

About Jen
Jen joins our team most recently from the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants as their Chapter Relations Administrator, with specialization in Digital Events and previous experience as a Marketing coordinator! Jen is very focused on getting to know each member individually, and looks forward to tailoring each members experience specifically for them. We are very excited to have Jen join our team and know we can accomplish great things together.
Jen graduated from Ursinus College with a Bachelor of Arts in Media & Communications and Psychology. When Jen is not at work, she enjoys shopping, the beach, and any Philly sports events. She is also a food enthusiast and Volleyball coach.
Maureen Coyle

About Maureen
Maureen Coyle joined the Pyramid Club in 1997 as the Club’s Membership Director. Prior to joining the Club, Maureen worked for Techni-Tool for five years as their Telemarketing Manager. She oversaw their Telemarketing and Mailing List departments, and created a Lead Qualifying Department as well as piloted an International Telemarketing Department. Prior to joining Techni-Tool, she was a Regional Recruiter for MetLife for five years. She was responsible for rebuilding their sales force that had been depleted as a result of their withdrawal from marketing auto insurance in PA.She began her career after attending Chestnut Hill College by working in their Admissions Office as an Admissions Counselor. Her position there was to recruit new students, to one of the few women’s colleges, during a period that challenged the value of an all-women’s institution. In 1987, she received her Master of Education.
Carlie Lopate

About Carlie
Carlie Lopate joined the Pyramid Club in November 2018 as a Private Events Director. She recently moved from Atlantic City where she was a Banquet Manager for Landry’s. She booked private parties for three outlets and planned Chef’s Series Wine Dinners. Carlie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Stockton College in 2013 and hopes to apply knowledge learned over the years to help continue the success at the Pyramid Club.
Caleb Gibson
Director of Food and Beverage

About Caleb
In 2019 Caleb served as the General Manager for the opening of Jean-George’s Philadelphia at the Four Seasons. Prior to joining the Four Seasons team, Caleb spent 11 years with STARR Restaurants working at multiple locations and serving as the General Manager for some of the most highly acclaimed restaurants in Philadelphia. Caleb holds a B.S. in Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. In his free time Caleb enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with his 3-year-old son, engaging in sports and fitness activities and a broad spectrum of music.
Chef Sylva Senat

About Chef Sylva
Haitian-born, Brooklyn, New York-raised, Philly adopted, Sylva Senat has been a lifelong learner since, as a high school culinary student, he walked into the beloved New York restaurant The Sign of the Dove. The teenager rode the train from Coney Island in Brooklyn to Manhattan to experience the “art and symmetry” of the iconic kitchen that inspired him to become a chef.
Today, the Executive Chef of the Pyramid Club in Philadelphia recalls his internship in the Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C•CAP) that catapulted him to the kitchens of some of the world’s most famous chefs, including Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Marcus Samuelsson.
