About Terry

Born and raised in Florida, Terry Cross graduated from the University of West Florida where he played golf on scholarship. Upon graduation, Terry began working as a General Manager with Meadowbrook Golf in the Pensacola region. During his 23 years with Meadowbrook Golf Terry oversaw several properties as General Manager, eventually becoming the National Director of Golf Operations for the company with over 15 properties from Las Vegas to the Bahamas.

About Jessica

Jessica was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Texas at Dallas. Her previous experience is in sales which includes medical, hotel, and wine & spirits.

About Taylor

A Florida native, Taylor graduated the University of North Florida with a degree in Advertising and Communications. He is passionate about creating engaging and moving content. An avid golfer and sports fan, he spends most of his free time outdoors.

About Ashley-Santasieri

Chef Ashley was raised in Boston, Massachusetts, moved to Florida in 2000 and graduated from Culinary Art School at Johnson & Wales North Miami 2005. She has 23 years of cooking experience, working for corporate and non-corporate restaurants as well as for hotels and casinos. Prior to Hawkstone Country Club, she worked at Jacksonville Country Club and Mark’s Prime Steakhouse as executive chef.

About Mark

Mark Bannon is an Office Manager/Accountant with over 35 years of professional financial experience. Mark specializes in finance, accounting and management duties and enjoys keeping daily processes on track. Mark graduated from Tennessee Wesleyan College cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and has previously worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and the Florida Department of Transportation. Mark enjoys staying active and learning new things.

About Evan

Evan Walker, our Head Golf Professional since 2018 is a Florida native, and graduate of the University of Florida. Evan has worked in the Golf and Country Club industry for more than 10 years. Evan has been playing golf since the age of ten and has always loved the game. Besides golf, Evan enjoys spending time with his wife, Candice, son, Ryan, and he also enjoys attending Florida Gator sporting events.

About Joe

Joe Holden is from the Tampa Bay area and has been the Golf Course Superintendent here at Hawkstone Country Club for 30 years. He was involved with the original construction of the golf course. His prior experience was in golf course construction, including the Mean Five Nations Golf Course in Belgium, and was employed for five years with Augusta National. He is a graduate of Gateway College in Lake City with a degree of science and golf course operations. Joe has a total of 45 years combined experience in the industry and continues to volunteer each year at Augusta National at the Masters Tournament.

About Mike

Grew up in Miami Florida and was a top junior tennis player in Florida and the United States. Mike achieved a United States ranking of number 2 in the country when he was 21 years old. Mike graduated from Louisiana State University, where he lettered in tennis and earned all SEC honors as a top collegiate tennis player in the U.S. After graduating, Mike played professional tennis in South America Europe, Mexico, Canada, and the US. He achieved a world ranking on the ATP tour. After his playing days, Mike established the Gainesville Tennis Academy at Westside Park and ran the academy for over 37 years.

About Dani

Dani has been in the fitness field for almost 20 years. She has a degree in exercise and sport science from UNC Greensboro and MS in sports/recreation management from NC State. Dani started with us in 2018 and loves her daily water aerobics and workouts!

About TJ

TJ has been a gym manager for over 3 years. A personal trainer, aqua aerobics instructor and pickleball enthusiast. Loves dogs!
