About John
John has been the General Manager of Chantilly National since early 2020, but has overseen the club regionally since Invited purchased the course in 2013. He has been with Invited for 12 years as a GM and Regional Vice President. Before Invited he was a General Manager and Regional Manager with American Golf Corporation for 10 years in the Chicago area. Outside of work John likes to spend time with his family, play golf, tennis, water sports, eat, cook, travel and cheer on his Xavier Musketeer basketball team.

About Laura
A native to Northern Virginia, Laura attended James Madison High School and graduated George Mason University with a degree in Psychology. She has been married for over ten years and has two beautiful daughters named Madison and Ava. A lover of nature and extreme sports. In the winter months she enjoys snowboarding. Hiking and trips to her family’s cottage on the Beach in Maine are her favorite summertime activities. Yoga is a big part of Laura’s life; she started young when her mother was an instructor and aims for starting every day with a morning routine. On the weekends you can find Laura cheering her oldest daughter on at her soccer games.

About Kris
Kris was born in San Diego but grew up in Virginia Beach from a military family. He rejoins the Invited family from Richmond, where he was the Director of Tennis at ACAC Fitness & Wellness. Prior to that, he was a Regional Tennis Director based out of River Creek in Leesburg. He brings over 25 years of club experience to his new role as your membership director. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and traveling with his wife Janet.

About Ozan
Ozan was born and raised in Adana, Turkey by the Mediterranean coast. He has been in the restaurant business since he was 13 years old. Hospitality runs in his family, he grew up helping his father and grandfather at their family owned cafeteria on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast; eventually studying hotel management in college before securing a food and beverage internship in the United States. Intending to only stay in the country a year, he gained experience at the Vail Marriott Resort & Spa, where he worked in every department in food and beverage.More than 15 years later he has made the U.S. his home with a career that included management at the now closed Tavolaccio Italian restaurant and wine bar in Edwards, Colorado where he was also on the opening team of Tavolaccio’s adjacent tapas bar.Prior to joining Invited he spent two and a half years with Kimpton Hotels, including Dupont Circle as General Manager of Restaurant Operations. About Ryan
Ryan was born and raised in Brockway, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Penn State University, where he majored in Recreation, Parks & Tourism Management – Professional Golf Management Program. During his time at Penn State, Ryan had the opportunity to intern and work at The Country Club in Brookline Massachusetts and The Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus, New Jersey. Prior to joining Invited as General Manager at Greenbrier Country Club in Chesapeake, VA, he spent ten years at Swan Point Yacht & Country Club serving as Head Golf Professional for 7 years before being promoted to General Manager. Ryan is married to his wife, Nicole and has two children, Andrew 7 years old and Kaelynn 5 years old. Ryan is excited to joining the team at Chantilly National and looks forward to growing the game and enhancing your golf experience at Chantilly National.

Please join us in extending a warm Chantilly National welcome back to Teddy Bennett! For those of you who have been at Chantilly National for a while, you will remember Teddy as part of the Chantilly National team serving as a Membership Director from 2010 to 2012, prior to joining the Golf Shop staff from 2014 to 2019. Teddy has spent the last three years at Army Navy Country Club – Arlington as an Assistant Golf Professional and is excited to be back here at Chantilly National. Teddy turned professional in 1985 and played the Central Florida tours through 1990. Teddy has over 30 years in golf instruction, working with juniors all the way up to the most experienced player. He is available for private and group lessons, club fitting and clinics. Teddy enjoys fishing in his spare time and is a Callaway Staff Member.

About Pete
Pete started his teaching career as the Summer Camp Golf instructor at BroadRun Golf and Practice Facility. Pete was then
promoted to Assistant Golf Professional at Dominion Valley Country Club. He also served as the Assistant Golf Professional at Bowling Green Country Club. Before joining the Chantilly Team, Pete was the Lead Instructor at TopGolf in Loudoun. Pete’s teaching style is that he prefers to work on the mechanics of golf and on the golf swing than on following and finding yardage numbers. Pete currently teaches all ages from 6 years old and up! He plays EVERY day his course is open!

About Michael
Michael started his professional career at Chantilly National in 1994 as a member of golf course maintenance team. After graduating from Virginia Tech in 1999 with a degree in horticulture and agronomy he returned to Chantilly National as the 2nd assistant superintendent. After several years as the assistant superintendent at a local golf club and a year in the landscape irrigation industry, Michael returned to Chantilly National in 2005 before being promoted to his current role as the golf course superintendent in 2010. Michael has been associated with Chantilly National for more than 20 years and has seen many changes to the club and golf course during that time. He is very excited and optimistic about what the future holds for Chantilly National and feels honored to be a part of it. Michael lives in Warrenton, VA with his wife, Jennifer, and children Emma and Jack.
