About Marc
With a passion for hospitality, team leadership and service excellence, Marc's hospitality journey started early on at Starbucks. Ever since, he's been driven to succeed. Marc's knack for coaching and mentoring his team, coupled with his ability to push boundaries with fresh, innovative ideas make him the perfect fit for the next generation Tower Club Fort Lauderdale. Marc was born and raised in Southern California, graduating from California State University of Long Beach. After managing Luna Grill and being recruited by Halal Guys to open seven brick and mortar restaurants in Los Angeles and Orange County, a management training opportunity with Hillstone Restaurant Group took him from Southern California South Florida. In pursuit of further professional development in hospitality, Mark managed the Grill at Bal Harbour and Houston's Boca Raton.

About Alice
Born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Alice Harry was the fourth out of five daughters born to Walter and Alice Harry, her namesake. Alice graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Florida State University. After taking a part-time job as a sales associate in a local floral shop, Alice found that sales was her true calling. Over the years, Alice has sold florals for events, luxury furniture and high-end finishes for New Home Builders. She was working for Standard Pacific Homes as Design Consultant when she was offered a job as the Sales Manager for Timpano, which is part of the Tavistock Restaurant Group. She worked for Timpano for 5 years – creating one of the most successful sales programs in Tavistock’s History. During that time Alice interacted with the team from the Tower Club many times through community events. When Timpano sadly closed its doors during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Alice found new opportunities and has proudly served at the Tower Club...
