Specialty/Experience: Being a former college athlete, I have always had a passion and commitment to working out and staying in shape. I help people of all ages and backgrounds, ranging from college athletes to busy moms and dads looking to build muscle or lose fat. My main goal is to help my clients reach their goals, in the smartest and most efficient way possible. I enjoy helping people follow a realistic program both in and out of the gym to help them create a sustainable lifestyle of their choice.
Favorite exercise: The first one of my workout when I have the most energy.

Hobbies: I love to play golf and play with my dogs.
What/who inspires you: I teach a men’s weight training class at an assisted living center with an average age of 90. Watching these guys trying to keep it going makes me happy.
Interesting fact about you: I have been a trainer here at The MET for 30 years and I never thought that would be the case.

Specialty/Experience: My specialty is functional strength training and hypertrophy training. I believe I can teach and coach movements and exercises in the gym that will transfer into real life activities. I like to design my workouts with some high intensity interval training (HIIT) and compound exercises.
Favorite exercise: Bench Press
Favorite food indulgence: Full rack of BBQ ribs with some sweet potato fries
Hobbies: I like playing guitar, live sports, I love to gamble, float the river with friends and go Bowling!
What/who inspires you?: My father inspires me to become a better person, I hope to one day be as successful as he is. I look up to him because he never gives up and he has overcome many obstacles.
Interesting fact about you: I almost lost one of my eyes playing baseball when I was young.

Specialty/Experience: My specialty is in corrective exercise and stretching. I have trained clients of multiple age groups that have ranged from unfit to fit. My goal for my client’s is that they have a safe work out and have fun. I want to do my best to educate all my clients on the best exercises to do for their body and age.
Favorite Exercise: LEG PRESS!
Favorite Food Indulgence: Asian Cuisine, but mostly SUSHI
Hobbies: I love reading, watching movies, and playing video games
What/Who inspires you? I am most inspired by my grandmother. She is 81 and does her best to do things for herself and fight through the pain and discomfort she experiences. She helps me to be accountable to myself about the type of person I strive to be every day.
Interesting Fact about you: I am published in the Library of Congress due to an Anti-Violence essay I wrote when I was in 7th grade.

What/who inspires you?: I’m inspired mostly by my Mom because she was able to raise me and my brother as a single parent working as a teacher by day, and a janitor by night.
Interesting fact about you: During my time in college, I competed in digital marketing competitions. My team developed a campaign for Facebook to combat terrorist recruitment. We were invited to the FBI Headquarters to present our campaign and to meet the President!

Specialty/Experience: Favorite exercise: My expertise is strength training, weight loss, and functional fitness, along with specializing in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage.
Favorite food indulgence: Avocados, egg rolls, fettuccini alfredo, crawfish, cherries… the list goes on forever. I LOVE FOOD!!

Specialty/Experience: I began working as a personal trainer in 2016, specializing in the SuperSlow or S.M.a.R.T method, and training individuals 1-1 for the previous 6 years. I have performed thousands of sessions with hundreds of people during this time.
Favorite exercise: I have two that are tied, I love working on my chest and my back so I enjoy any chest press or bench press exercise and I love doing the lat pull down as well.
Favorite food indulgence: If I were able to never gain weight, I would eat ice cream everyday. Any type of ice cream with peanut butter involved is my weakness and I can eat a pint in a whole sitting.
Hobbies: I grew up playing sports, of course, so I still enjoy playing basketball and shooting around whenever I get the opportunity - it is a physical meditation for me.

Specialty/Experience: I am a 2019 Division-1 NCAA All-American Track athlete. I have trained hundreds of athletes over my career. Everyone has their own goals, and helping them reach those goals is my favorite part of the job.
Favorite exercise: Full-out sprints or cleans
Favorite food indulgence: Anything with potatoes- fries, chips, baked potatoes, and tater tots. Don’t underestimate my love of potatoes!
Hobbies: Pickleball, wake surfing, traveling, watching a good movie, and leaving people better than when I found them.
What/who inspires you?: My Grandpa Don. At 70 years old, he had both hips replaced, but went on to complete 27 more marathons and be a consistent volunteer at the local humanitarian center.
Interesting fact about you: I pour the milk first, then add the cereal.

Specialty/Experience: My specialty is muscle growth as well as weight loss through weight training. I specialize in correcting form through proper biomechanics to maximize performance and avoid injuries! I am a former bodybuilding competitor in the Men’s Physique category. I competed in 2019 at the Summer Shredding Classic here in Houston, TX! I have over 5 years of experience in the sports supplement and wellness industry, specializing in proper nutrition and healthy habits!
Favorite exercise: Incline dumbbell press and chest cable fly.
Favorite food indulgence: Any variation of Asian food, including sushi and stir fry!
Hobbies: I love playing video games! Soccer and tennis are my life-long sports.

Favorite exercise: My favorite exercise is burpees. They’re simple but effective. And it feels great to push myself until the timer stops.
Favorite food indulgence: If I have to pick favorites, they would be chocolate, sushi rolls or anything with cheese.
Hobbies: When I have free time, I like to spend it walking my husky, listening to audiobooks, or trying new restaurants.
What/who inspires you?: I’m inspired by my dreams. I’m inspired by my friends, family, and the people I meet. Because I know that everyone faces obstacles, yet they knock them out and keep moving toward what is important.
Interesting fact about you: In high school I was a California State placer in women’s wrestling.

Certifications/Education: I have a Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Wellness from BYU.
Specialty/Experience: I specialize in high intensity boot camp style workouts. That means working on correct form to safely push your body with plyometrics, sprints, and full-body training. I also love working with pregnant and postpartum women, as I had a baby in August 2021!
Favorite exercise: Anything plyometric, mid-distance running, and although I don't get to often, stadium sprints.
Favorite food indulgence: Artisan Shave Ice! But I also love to bake so I eat cookie dough, brownie batter, frosting, chocolate chips, and all of the "tastes" in the baking process.
Hobbies: Baking; Scrapbooking; Watching crime shows; Karaoke.
What/who inspires you? Learning about others' struggles and their determination to succeed.
Interesting fact about you: I know just about every word to every song in Hamilton.

I also specialize in improving functional movement patterns with an emphasis on injury prevention and recovery.

What/who inspires you? My dad is my biggest inspiration, he constantly inspires me to be a better man.
