I believe everyone can and should find some healthy habits that work for them in their lives so that they can live better. Good health will carry over and improve every other aspect of your life.
I have been helping people with their fitness goals in less involved ways for years but have been doing so professionally since 2019. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Outside of fitness, I enjoy reading books, golfing, and playing video games. I also have a 1-year-old son that I spend a lot of time playing with.I became a personal trainer because pursuing my own fitness and health changed my life for the better. Feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident allowed me to perform better at everything else I pursued in my life. Now I know that without these health habits, I am not my best self. I want to help others achieve this for themselves. If everyone is at their best, the world’s a better place.
