I grew up in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, spending my childhood on the golf course, both playing and working, working my way up from outside service and caddy into a management role. During that time, I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a degree in Advertising and I played 4 years on the football team.I started my professional career in the club industry in Southern California and then moved to Glendale and Sedona Arizona for nine years where I managed two different country clubs. I joined Kemper Sports in 2014 and held General Manager positions at Quail Lodge and Golf Club in Monterey, CA and Royal Melbourne Country Club in Long Grove, IL.I am excited to be at Ravinia Green Country Club because of its long history and stature in the northern Chicago area as well as the opportunity to join Invited. About Chris
Chris grew up on the Northshore of Chicago, and attended Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. He’s had a storied career, working in the MarCom, Retail, Golf Ops. spaces – most notably with McDonald’s where he helped create and produce Happy Meal toys for McDonald’s.
Chris has been part of the Ravinia Green management team for over 4 years now, striving to create new member acquisition strategies while leveraging the strength of current member referrals, social media, community networking, and Club open house events.
Chris lives in Glenview with his wife Lisa, and kids Chase, Joe, and Analiese. He enjoys golf, running, and traveling with his wife and family.
Gabriella Tripicchio

About Gabriella
Gabriella Tripicchio graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Resort & Hospitality Management. During her collegiate career, Gabriella spent a portion of her time studying tourism, hospitality, and culture throughout Europe with the University of Barcelona. Her professional experience stems from country clubs in the Southwest Florida region in sectors such as Food Service, Event Planning, Departmental Management, Social Media Marketing, and Member Relations. Gabriella joined Ravinia Green back in June of 2020 as the Member Experience assistant and was quickly promoted to the Recreation Manager in March of 2021 overseeing the Pools, Fitness, & Wellness needs at the Club. She is excited to take on her new role as Director of Member Experience bringing her knowledge and experience of the industry to Ravinia Green’s members.

About Alayna
Alayna Jordan graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Hospitality Management and a Minor in Business. She then continued on to Roosevelt University to earn her master’s in Human Resources.Alayna started working in private clubs at Hillcrest Country Club as the restaurant manager and later moved up to clubhouse manager. Her most recent role was with The Grove Country Club as their private events manager. She has spent the past 10 years planning events and has even provided service to former Chicago Bulls Champ, Stacey King and his wife for their wedding!Alayna grew up in the Chicago suburb area and now resides in Palatine Illinois with her husband John and dog Bailey.She is looking forward to making her transition to Ravinia Green, and welcomes the opportunity to be a part of the Invited team!

I was born and raised in the Philadelphia area, growing up in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. My tennis career began when I was 11 years old and I have loved the game tennis ever since. I was a ranked junior player and played tennis and squash in college. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. I am a certified USPTA tennis professional and have over 30 years of experience. I am excited and grateful for the opportunity to serve as the new Director of Tennis at Ravinia Green Country Club. My career began in the Chicago area at the 41 Sports Club in Highland Park as the Director of Tennis. I moved down the road to The Deerfield Multiplex where I became their Director of Tennis. Most recently, I was the Director of Racquet Sports at Green Acres Country Club in Northbrook, a position I held for 21 years. Hi I'm Trinidad Vega, I was born and raised in San Antonio Texas. I moved to Chicago in 1973 with my wife Mary with whom I'll be married to for 43 years this coming February, we have four children and 13 grandchildren. I was employed with Ravinia Green Country Club for 36 years then joined Invited 2/12/2015.I'm the chief engineer here and I'm in charge of making sure the maintenance of the interior and exterior meets and exceeds expectations.

About Sharon
I was born and raised in Chicago. I currently reside in Lincoln Square with my family. My career path has always been one that involves hospitality for that is where my passion lies. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kendall College where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management with a Minor in Culinary, Tourism, and Hotel Management. I have worked in many restaurants, both front of the house and back. I straddle a fine line between wanting the life of a front of the house manager and a chef! I love all aspects of the industry, especially the people I serve! For the last 6 years, prior to Ravinia Green, I worked at Carnivale, a restaurant in the west loop, as their Senior Operations Manager. I also worked with Hostmark Hospitality as their service trainer for new acquisitions. I am pleased to join the team here and plan to provide you with the best level of service and excellence of cuisine that you deserve!

About Michael
PGA Professional Michael Haywood is a 34-year veteran of the golf industry. Michael has spent 32 of those years in Private Club operations. Most recently as the Director of Golf at Tucson Country Club for 21 of his 27 years. Michael is the only PGA professional in Southwest Section PGA history to have served in every leadership position within the Section.

About Nathan
Nathan was born-and-raised in San Francisco, California, near Fisherman’s Warf. Chef began his professional career in the U.S. Navy where he was stationed in Norfolk, Virginia from 1997-2001. It was there that he discovered his passion for the culinary arts. Similar to most chefs, his story starts out as a line cook. Over the years, Chef Nathan has worked at an array of restaurants and country clubs throughout the United States that has cultivated his ability to create a multitude of different cuisines. From upscale to fine dining, he has delved into Italian, American, Asian, Mexican and Southern-style cuisines. By continuing to learn about new cultures and culinary techniques, his passions are creating and perfecting outstanding dishes. As your Executive Chef, Nathan Jirasatith is ecstatic about the opportunity to provide you with truly exquisite dining experiences, bringing his Asian heritage and culinary expertise to the table.
