You’ll need to be in shape to enjoy Old Ranch Country Club’s active social life. To help you achieve your health and fitness goals, our Fitness Center offers a full range of CYBEX equipment, including treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, a Peloton, weight machines, and free weights.

Yoga for Golf

Join Charlene Bendt, PGA, Certified Yoga Instructor and TPI Certified Golf Instructor for golf-specific yoga classes that blend the physical and mental principles of yoga with the biomechanics of the golf swing. Classes are held on Saturday mornings.
