About Mark
Mark has been in food and beverage management for 20 years. He attended Arizona State for business and architecture. He started his career locally at The Bamboo Club, where he became a new store opening GM. He opened up 10 restaurants before settling down in Philadelphia. He spent some time in Utah as a regional director, before moving back to Arizona where he joined the Westin Kierland as the Director of Restaurants & Bars.
