The Executive culinary mastermind at the helm of the Country Club of the South’s ever-expanding epicurean offerings. Classically trained in the culinary arts, some of Chef Stephen's favorite dishes to prepare are chicken scarpariello and veal saltimbocca. He enjoys working with rich, boldly flavored ingredients such as duch fat, anchovies, truffle oil, caviar and dolcelatte, and firmly believes "booze and butter make it better.”
