About Patrick
Patrick Hogan has worked in the Hospitality industry for 40 years, gaining experience in operations management, team facilitation, training/development, client relations, process improvement, financial/operational analysis, menu engineering, and acquiring an extensive knowledge of food preparation/wine selection and bar management.He has opened five-star resorts for Ritz Carlton and Hyatt in Hawaii, and Wynn Resorts in Macau. Throughout his career, Patrick has taken on roles that honed his financial analysis and technology skills. He is most passionate about continuous learning. His favorite quote is “Everything can be improved” C.W. Barron.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Patrick is a fan of all of their sports teams. Outside of the office, Patrick enjoys traveling, exploring, winemaking, cooking cuisine from other cultures, meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and reading suspense/crime novels.

City Club Raleigh welcomes Liz Miller, our new Director of Member Experience. Liz brings to the table years of experience and knowledge to the leadership team at Invited.
With more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, and a tenure at Marriott International that spans two decades, Liz committed to provide guests with the ultimate customer experience.
Liz has resided in Raleigh since 1998, where she lives with her husband and three children. On her off-time, you will see Liz active and outdoors. Liz is an avid runner, tennis player and paddleboard enthusiast.

Jason Starnes

About Jason
For more than 20 years, Starnes has found both comfort and creativity in the kitchen, and his passion for local cuisine shines through in the food he creates. This passion for local sourcing, along with his diverse culinary background and portfolio of accolades aligns perfectly with the spirit of City Club Raleigh.
Recently relocating from Savannah, GA where Starnes lead the culinary team for The Alida Hotel and acclaimed Rhett Restaurant. Chef Starnes received numerous accolades including Best Chef South for South Magazine while teaching young aspiring chefs to reach for the stars, and become great, passionate cooks.
Prior to joining the team in Savannah, Chef Starnes served as Executive Chef of Barnsley Resort where he oversaw daily operations of the on-site restaurants and banquet hall. He also served as Executive Chef of South City Kitchen Buckhead where he was named one of Thrillist Atlanta’s 'Best Chefs of 2016' and Zagat's 'Under-the-Radar Chefs to Know in Atlanta.'
