Honoring Great Golf Traditions
Designed by Pete Dye and his son, P.B., Atlanta National Golf Club is the only Dye-designed course in the Atlanta area. It was formed as a club exclusively for golfers and one that would embody the traditions of the great game of golf. To honor that spirit, the club erected a statue in front of the clubhouse of Gene Sarazen, one of the greatest players of all time and truly one of the great gentlemen of the game. Today, that statue still stands as a constant reminder to Members and guests of those traditions that permeate every aspect of Atlanta National Golf Club.
Atlanta National also honors the traditions of the game by promoting walking. And with no starting times, it’s easy to see why Atlanta National Golf Club has been consistently regarded as one of the area’s top golf clubs.
